(1) If the worker whose employment is terminated is reinstated in employment according to the order or judgment of the office or department or the labor court, such worker shall receive wages and other benefits from the relevant employer from the date of termination of employment until reinstatement.
(2) Nothing written in this Act shall be deemed to be a hindrance to deciding that the worker shall receive reasonable compensation from the employer in addition to the amount specified in sub-section (1) instead of reinstatement based on the subject matter of the case.
